The terms of sale at www.oleliodden.com apply to products supplied on this website. By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. www.oleliodden.com reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales. These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
Orders and Prices
www.oleliodden.com uses PayPal or wire transfer as our online purchasing system. www.oleliodden.com accepts payment by any of the credit cards shown as acceptable on the website at the time of purchase. All prices are shown in USD or NOK and are subject to VAT (in Norway) and delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and before the order is placed during the payment process. Fine Art edition print prices may be subject to changes as fewer prints are available.
The description and price of products will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that descriptions and prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered before the despatch of your order, you will be informed as soon as possible, and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.
When ordering online your order will be sent to www.oleliodden.com by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm that www.oleliodden.com has received your order. Should you not receive an email please make contact at ojl@oleliodden.com.
All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order, the goods are out of stock, www.oleliodden.com will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods. www.oleliodden.com is under no obligation to accept any order.
Delivery
Any purchased products in stock will be shipped within no more than 14 working days, normally faster. Delivery is based on availability, normal processing, and delivery times. www.oleliodden.com may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order.
All goods will be sent by economy international mail. Orders will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email, unless otherwise arranged with www.oleliodden.com at the time of your order. If www.oleliodden.com is unable to deliver your order within 30 days, you will be informed as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally paid for your order.
Once a product is considered delivered responsibility, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for the product (like a Fine Art print).
Ownership and Copyright of prints
Once a Fine Art print is in your possession you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of an edition to any third party including the internet for any purpose.
Payment Security
www.oleliodden.com uses PayPal for online payments. PayPal allows for the safe process of your credit card payments and completes the financial transactions as securely as possible. For further information regarding PayPal’s secure systems please visit their website.
Privacy
www.oleliodden.com does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties.
