Most of my images are taken during photo expeditions to polar regions – Svalbard and Antarctica – in rough conditions. I need equipment who do not only deliver me the best image quality, but also works in wet, cold and unpleasant conditions. I can not afford to risk my camera equipment break down thousands of kilometer away from the closest camera store or service center. During the last 10 years I’ve found the equipment that works best for me. I also try not to have too much or too heavy equipment so I can fit most of it in my hand luggage on air planes.
